Parts Sales Orders

Parts Requisitions

Parts requisitions let your technicians and service team to place parts orders/requests from either their mobile device or the main web application.  Requisitions are converted to parts purchase orders and applied to the work order.   

The Requisition system allows parts people to provide feedback on delivery times and issues to the technician and supervisor using a discrete document system.  

Pricing and Vendor Management

KITS AND ASSEMBLIES

In addition to Purchased Parts, the  Module also supports Kits and Assemblies.  Bills of material for Kits can be created and built, or assemblies like hoses and Piston packs.

DOCUMENTS

All Parts transactions have corresponding transaction documents, Picklists, Storage list, packing list, inventory adjustment, replenishment etc.  Documents are there to build quality and traceability. 

RETURNS

While the majority of transactions are related to sales, parts returns from customers, to inventory and to vendors is a critical part of inventory management.  Vizybility gives you tools and proper financial records for these.
